Computer Replacement Technician

Job Type: Full-Time | Location: Playa Del Rey, CA

Summary:
We're seeking a Computer Replacement Technician to support our organization's hardware refresh program. This role focuses on replacing aging devices, ensuring smooth data migration, and delivering excellent customer service during deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replace approximately 15 computers per week as part of the hardware lifecycle program.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with end-users.
  • Image, configure, and deploy devices using tools like Jamf and Intune.
  • Perform data migrations and verify integrity.
  • Document replacements in ServiceNow for accurate asset tracking.
  • Troubleshoot issues during deployment and provide Tier 2 support.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in macOS and Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Experience with Jamf, Intune, and data migration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

  • CompTIA A+, HDI certifications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and large-scale deployment projects.
